After a poor experience with our previously engaged assurance professionals I was relieved to be working with Commercial Associates Audit and Assurance. Understanding that seasonal compliance work and the associated assurance engagements are the fulcrum of annual reporting, CAAA were able to tailor a schedule and assurance program to suit our circumstances. The knowledge that was brought to the table for moving forward with the execution of audit and assurance matters enabled the process to move much more expeditiously than had been experienced previously. Whilst the undertaking was performed in a thorough manner, the pressure placed on internal resources was minimal due to the collaborative planning approach taken. I have placed a great amount of value on the outcomes from our engagement due to the internal improvements we have been able to gain thanks to the holistic view adopted with engagements for our business.
