David Cheng
His role at CAAA takes in liaising with clients, providing strategic advice and problem solving, planning and arranging workflow, reviewing jobs, providing on the job training and managing billing targets. Similar to an air traffic controller which requires excellent communication, confident decision making and working under extreme pressure. David enjoys the buzz at CAAA because of the close bond, down to earth and dynamic environment which enables team members to work and grow in unison on various projects.
Around the office, David has a reputation for deep and forward-thinking, like the famous sculpture, ‘The Thinker’ in the Rodin Museum. Yet David does have a lighter side, he enjoys contemporary music in English, Cantonese and Mandarin which proof he is also a good listener. He is seen by his clients as a trusted adviser at all times and believes the importance of understanding of client’s needs is crucial to troubleshooting and deliver a reliable and satisfactory result within the required timeframe.
